I had this blog going a year ago but I had to stop. I stopped trying to lose weight and getting on the healthy road. Now I'm ready to do it again. When your dear sweet hubby looks at you and says "Yeah I can tell you have put on weight" without me asking you know it's time. And nope I didn't get mad at him. I've told him numerous times: "I know you love me know matter how I look but tell me when I'm fat" Whelp he did and now I listen.
Tomorrow morning, bright and early, I'll be meeting up with a friend and we are going to walk a school track. First goal: 2 miles -- hmm we don't have a time yet but that's ok we have an hour and a half to do it in.
When I get home from work I'll hop on my stationary bike and go for about 10 miles at least 3 days a week. I started this part last week and in 3 days did over 30 miles. (looking for a log to put on blogger to keep track)
But now I've decided to start fresh and take down that old blog and start a new E-Less blog.
Today, Hoss and I went and bought me some new workout bottoms and soon I'll get some cycling shorts (cuz that bike hurts my tail!!!)
Anyways, so bottom line: the day a started last week:
I weighed in at 193 (nope I'm not ashamed or embarrassed to put that out there).
The Immediate goal is 170
The Ultimate goal is 125/130
