My Internet Training Log

So I gained a lb. Whatever, I expected it especially since I had a Dr. Pepper at what 10:45 p.m. last night along with cinamon twist thanks to BHM who can NOT control his need to eat out :) But I am working on a sustained 3.5 lb lost so I'm cool right now.
The following link is to my workouts and the log I've been using. Not sure how I feel about the calorie count but I'll take it since it's higher than what my stationary bike actually says! And I'm not sure how the link works so I'll come back later and post a screen shot of it.
