Day 2 has started off sloooow and humid. Had some serious trouble getting up this a.m. but I did it and we walked 2 miles again around the same time (possibly longer but we lost track of how many laps we did)
Notice my new tickers! One for my miles both for walking and cycling and then actual weight loss. Which leads me into this: I stepped on the scale and after a week the number went down but next week we'll know if it's gone. While a one week drop feels great it's the second week that it stays gone that makes me feel the best! I hate it when it goes back and forth and back and forth and ... I yo-yo a lot. Probably why I don't stick with a weightloss program.
So I'm down about 4.5! I forgot how much biking really burns. And I was a good little girl and took all my snacks and put into individual servings. I know I said I wasn't doing the D word but I don't have to eat right to cut back and that's not really Ding (yes it is a four letter bad word) right??
