whelp it's almost that time again. Tomorrow I weigh in and on the one hand I'm looking forward to it. I've been working hard and it better show. On the other hand, I'm not -- I've craving salt and chocolate right now which will never end well. I think I'm going to take that obligatory picture today. My hair looks good :) and I'm in a dress that's a little snug so if I keep up with the pix in this dress, maybe just maybe we'll see if there is any difference. Maybe?
But I'm proud of myself. No I hadn't been eating at home like I wanted to but I made three goals!
Goal 1: Bike at least 3 times a week. I did 4!!! If you count yesterday with last week.
Goal 2: Walk every workday -- and we did!! 2 miles around 50 minutes each day. I'm loving the consistancy. We can talk and walk and keep it together -- we are talented. And LeCrete, I do believe we cut a minute or two this morning :) I got there around 6:03 and we finished around 6:50 :)
Goal 3: Get my 10 mile bike ride on resistance 1 under 30 -- totally took that out Friday. The next biking goal is resistance 2 10 miles under 30. Rode yesterday to see how long I was going to go. And it came in at around 33 minutes.
I'm still doing good mentally but it's only week 2 and I do weigh in tomorrow so we still haven't crossed a big hurdle.
