Decided to change it up for the next couple of weeks. Walking will still happen, in fact I believe we are going to increase our length. Actually I think we did it today but shh, don't tell anyone :) We lost track (AGAIN) of how many laps but time-wise it was over our normal 8 lap time so we must have done 9. But I'm cutting off the cycling for a while.
I've been exhausted for the past 4 days and not in the mood to, so I'll let it go and just focus on the walking and getting my sleep. Hoss says it's probably more of the getting up at 5:30 that's doing it but whatever, I wanted to quit it so I will. It's also just too hot do it anytime but mornings and unless I'm getting up at 5, I don't have time. And I'm not getting up at 5 just yet.
Plus there is another reason that I can't get into just yet that has me not in the mood to do it.
Tomorrow is another weigh in and I'm not thinking good thoughts about it. I think after a weekend of cake and cokes it won't be favorable but we'll find out in the morning.
