So it's the start of week 4 I believe. Feels like week gazillion... wait no that's not true by then I would hope I would be in a non-round shape. But I was bad -- Friday came and went and I did no walking :( In my defense, I overslept and I felt terrible. Still had to go to work so I probably should have walked.
Seriously! I thought excersing was supposed to make you feel better -- sooo not happening right now. Again in my defense, I am a little stressed. Nothing I can talk about right now **maybe tonite *fingers crossed***
But I did get up and walk with LeCrete our now normal 2.5 miles in our hour time frame. Next week we should be bumping it up to 3 but I'll be on vacation and I'll be struggling to figure out how I'm gonna get some decent excerise in and if I care.
Back to stressing!
