New year, new you. Hear and see that all the time around this season. I get it, always good to start things at a beginning or start of a new week. Personally, I find that leads me to constantly putting it off. That being said, looks like Hoss and I are going to try it.
Last week we had our first salad ever. Spinach, carrots, raisins and mine had nuts and a vinegarette. Yesterday I made the same just added apples and chicken. Yep, threw that sucker back up. But my tummy was already queasy. Hoss today had a Sammy with spinach on it without me having to ask him yet didn't do that for me. So baby steps on the rabbit food.
Got back on the bike yesterday and did 2 15 min intervals. Hopefully next week we can pick back up on running. We both hate but realize it's an easy way to get in shape. So we'll see.
My 3rd attempt to document my weight loss attempts. I promise to be cranky but honest. I hate diets and I hate exercise but here we go again!
