The scales are a bully and I no longer trust them!
It's a lie I tell you... a lie!!!!!
Stupid thing said I've not lost any weight and I've gained all the weight I lost plus some.
So I'm gonna regroup and take my measurements have use that also! Measurements will not be posted though. Sorry, that's a little much even for me.
And I'm going to lie to myself and say it's because I didn't weigh in on the same day at the same time this week like I always do because surely an hour and half and a day later makes such a difference in my weight... ... ...
