It's been a long week already. And it's not been good on exercise front. I've only walked 2 times, did the C25k 1 time and haven't biked yet.
Maybe the stupid scale effected me more than I thought. Which btw Hoss said the scale was in fact wrong -- weighed one of our pups in at 60 lbs!! She's soo not 60 lbs (I hope!) So before Tuesday I'll be off to get a new one.
One leg is still hurting me from the jogging and Hoss is now getting a little sick and frankly I'm not caring about this adventure anymore. Maybe it's the lack of consistant excerise this week but I'm cranky and restless.
I know this - I'm not meeting my goals this week. Can we fast forward to Monday??
