Well last night was interesting. I decided to go big: 30 minutes burning 300 calories. Lasted less than 5 minutes :) So I switched to the first program: 20 minutes like 150 calories... yep didn't last long with that but I did exercise so that's gonna be something. My legs were wobbly and I was hungry so tomorrow will be another day and hopefully I can go at least 10 minutes.
