Week 2.3

Well I finished up my first week and have started my second. I finally got up to 15 minutes on a 20 minute program and it's kicking my ass. Seriously, I can barely get out of the warm up stage. But I'm working on kicking it. Weight wise, just keeping steady. I got down a pound but today when I weighed it was pretty much the same as when I started so we'll see. Work has been stressing me so that's not helping the weight loss itself. But we will see.
I'm still struggling to find a rhythm of days biking. Monday and Wednesday - easy peasy but finding that 3rd time is a lot harder. Friday's are longer days at the CU and Saturday/Sunday is well the weekend and so I'll just have to play it by ear.
